This fantastic apartment is located in the popular area of La Cala de Mijas. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The apartment is very centrally located, but still in quiet surroundings with little noise. Includes 3 bedrooms with integrated wardrobes and direct access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms and a open kitchen.
From the terrace there is a great view of the mountains and golf course. The complex also offers a swimming pool. The apartment has a parking space in garage facilities on the lower floor. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Beach and La Cala centre with shops, bars and restaurants are about ten minutes walk away. There is also a pharmacy and bakery. There is a large selection of restaurants, both Spanish tapas restaurants, Italian, Chinese, Thai and Indian. Close by there are several grocery stores such as Carrefour, Mercadona, Aldi and Lidl. There are market days in La Cala on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Mijas Costa is popular with northern Europeans due to its climate, great golf courses and proximity to Malaga airport, so you can easily get there by transport. Malaga Airport is around 25 minutes east, while Marbella and Puerto Banus are 20 minutes west.
The area has many excursions to offer such as the authentic village of Mijas Pueblo, Ronda, Gibraltar, Granada (with Alhambra and Sierra Nevada), Puerto Banus, the old town of Marbella to name a few.
