This fantastic apartment that was new in 2021/2022 is located in one of the most beautiful areas of the costa del sol, Higueron. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
From the terrace there is a great view of the sea and the complex offers a swimming pool, gym and nicely landscaped garden. The apartment has 2 parking spaces in garage facilities on the lower floor. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The property is located in the Carvajal area of Fuengirola and was new in 2021/2022. One of the best beaches in the area (Carvajal Beach) is located within a short walking distance (300 m) of the apartment. Here you will find several restaurants, sun loungers, beach club, water sports activities, play areas for children, etc. The beach and the seafront are several kilometers long.
Carvajal train station is only 150 m from the apartment and offers direct connection to Malaga, (including Malaga airport which is only 15 km away), and Fuengirola center in the opposite direction. There are several golf courses nearby and Marbella is a 30-minute drive from the apartment.

This is a big apartment for up to 8 people . The facilities in the apartment are good with a well equipped kitchen. Eating areas also good inside and out. The negatives were that we were only given one key and this caused problems for 8 of us ( although I did not ask for another one I guess I should have) . There were only 10 sun loungers around the pool for all the apartments to share which is not enough, the worst thing was the walk up the hill which is very steep and only suitable for fit people . Definitely no good for prams/ wheelchairs. Railway station is nearby taxi into town 13 euros .
