Nueva Andalucia is the largest district of Marbella, with quick access to Puerto Banus. The golf courses are, by far, the key attractions, but so are the commercial centers (amongst them - Centro Plaza Shopping Center - with all the amenities anyone could look for - bars, restaurants, gym, car rentals, bank).
This district is renowned for its international schools, but there are also sports clubs for children and many other leisure places that are kids friendly.
The property is a 2 minutes drive to the trendy places of Nueva Andalucia (Breathe, La Sala...) and a 5 minutes drive to Puerto Banus, its luxury shops, its animated nightlife.
