Beautiful Frontline beach Townhouse

The Townhouse has three bedrooms and is located in a pleasant and quiet residential area in Marbesa/Carib Playa. The property has direct access to the beach, and a great roof terrace with a barbecue and a lovely view of the sea and towards sunset over the mountains. You can walk along the beach to the small town of Cabopino with its marina and swimming beach, to the glamorous Nikki Beach beach club, or just head to one of the many beach restaurants in the area. AC in all bedrooms, and heating cables in the floor for winter use.

The lovely Townhouse has a with direct access to the beach in a quiet residential area in Carib Playa Marbesa, not far from Hotel Don Carlos and Elviria. Here you have opportunities for both joy and relaxation! You have your own private roof terrace where you can enjoy the view of the Mediterranean and the mountains, shared pool with sunbeds and a good sofa corner if you want to watch Netflix

The Townhouse is bright and modernly furnished, with new furniture and a dining area for 6 people both outside and inside on the first floor. On the second floor you will find three bedrooms with modern air conditioning units with a low noise level. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a small terrace. The other two bedrooms have separate beds that can be joined into double beds if you wish. One of these bedrooms also has its own small terrace. Bathroom number two is directly off these bedrooms. A cot is available if you need it.

The roof terrace is approximately 35 m2 and has a fantastic view of Africa, Gibraltar, Marbella and the mountains. The terrace has a table and chairs for six people, as well as two sunbeds. A Weber gas grill is available if you want to cook dinner on the roof terrace. You can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. If it's not windy, you have shade from a large awning that covers the dining area. In the garden you will find a communal swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can go directly down to the beach via a staircase from the pool area. You have your own parking space just outside the complex, which consists of 12 units.

Along the beach you will find several restaurants - from the cozy and family-friendly ones to the glamorous Nikki Beach. Sunbeds are available for rent on the beach, if you don't want to just bring your own towel and lie right on the beach. Parasol, beach chairs and beach toys are available in the apartment. There are also several nice places to eat in all price ranges around Elviria Square and elsewhere in the immediate area. A car is recommended, and then you can drive to the old town of Marbella or Puerto Banus in 15-20 minutes.

If you play golf, there are more than 70 golf courses on the Costa del Sol - the two closest are 5-10 minutes away from the terraced house by car.

If you want to be here in the winter season, there is underfloor heating on the first floor.

Other things worth noting; The stairs between the first and second floor are without railings in the lower part.
